1. How can I find my tebex transaction id?

Tebex transaction id can be found in the mail received after the purchase or check it on 
checkout page by enter your e-mail address.

In case you want to cancel one of your subscriptions you can press the MANAGE button and then press CANCEL. If you cancel your subscription, it will not delete your resource from keymaster account, it will just not renew your subscription, but your resource will be kept on your account until the next billing date

3. Why is my resource not found in assets?

In case your resource is not found in your assets you have to make sure that the payment has been completed and in case it is completed to be sure that the forum cfx account that you logged in with on tebex is the same with the cfx account you logged in on cfx.re portal

4. Asset Escrow system

Our resources use Asset Escrow system developed by fivem in partnership with Tebex which obfuscates the resources in order to run only on your own server. This encypted resources do not use other obfuscate code or licensing system with IP lock

5. Why does my resource not start and show the message: You lack the entitlements required to use resource

If you purchased any resource from tebex that involves asset escrow system and the resource does not start and show the message You lack the entitlements required to use <resource name> (example: You lack the entitlements required to use rac), it means that the cfx.re portal account where you have the asset <resource name> (example: rac) is not the same as the cfx.re portal account from where you run the server license. In order to make the assets work, you have to ensure that the resource and server license are on the same cfx.re portal account

6. Can I transfer my asset on cfx.re portal?

Yes. You can transfer your asset on cfx.re portal, but the resource can be transferred once. Once you transferred to another account, you cannot transfer it second time, as it will show you: Asset can't be transferred.

7. How can I transfer my asset to another account?

To transfer your resource to another cfx.re portal account, you have to access your cfx.re portal account at Assets and locate your resource that you want to transfer. After you locate your resource that you want to transfer, you have to select it and there is a button on the bottom of the page named Transfer.

After you pressed the Transfer button, you have to enter the username where to transfer the resource. 

When you transfer your asset you are warned that this action is irreversible and can be done only once for each license, as each resource can be transferred only once.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm your action. When the resource will be transfered to the other account, the resource will work.
